Senior Manager, US Digital Go-to-Market - Denver, CO (Hybrid)

In this role, you will be a subject matter expert for the US Digital money transfer business and will work closely with the Marketing, Pricing, Compliance and Product Delivery teams to drive the US Digital growth. You will need to dig deeply into digital customer behaviors, competitive insights, and industry shifts to be successful in this role.

Role Responsibilities
  • Drive the annual planning process for your markets.
  • Understand and share customer and competitor insights by different segment groups.
  • Stay up to date with financial industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation in Digital Marketing, Pricing, and Product Development.
  • Define pricing strategies and ensure pricing competitiveness across regional products.
  • Drive customer experience and conversion improvements across web and mobile app technology.
  • Encourage a culture of experimentation to test new ideas, price points, features, and marketing tactics adapted to the nuances of the market for sustained growth.
  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to better understand receive market behaviors/needs, and diaspora knowledge.
  • Create new product business cases to clearly articulate ROI, competitive advantages, and investments required.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of product, marketing and pricing initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Travel as needed.


Role Requirements
  • A Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Product Marketing and Customer Analysis, with specific experience analyzing and defining competitive market product pricing.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in scaling digital financial products, driving customer acquisition and retention strategies, and owning digital P&L for specific regions.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to drive results and make decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team, executing strategic plans, meeting tight deadlines, and possessing a strong executive presence.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
  • Experience showcasing analytical skills to make go-to-market business decisions.
  • Solid understanding of financial pricing and marketing business processes and ability to execute against plans.

Salary

The base salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
