Job Details

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CMS Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Sitecore to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level content management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architecture and design of complex CMS solutions using AEM and Sitecore.

  • Define technical and architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines for CMS implementations.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and UX teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Evaluate and recommend CMS features, integrations, and third-party tools to meet business needs.

  • Provide thought leadership and technical guidance on CMS strategy, roadmap, and governance.

  • Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

  • Mentor development teams and provide hands-on technical support when needed.

  • Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from planning to deployment and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in web content management systems, including 5+ years with AEM and/or Sitecore.

  • Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise CMS solutions.

  • Proficiency in CMS customization, templates, components, workflows, and integrations.

  • Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Adobe Cloud.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert or Sitecore Certified Developer/Architect.

  • Experience with headless CMS and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing integrations.

  • Experience with personalization, multilingual/multisite content management, and DAM integration.
