We are seeking a highly skilled CMS Architect with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Sitecore to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level content management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a strategic mindset, and experience leading cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and user-friendly CMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the architecture and design of complex CMS solutions using AEM and Sitecore.

Define technical and architectural standards, best practices, and guidelines for CMS implementations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and UX teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Evaluate and recommend CMS features, integrations, and third-party tools to meet business needs.

Provide thought leadership and technical guidance on CMS strategy, roadmap, and governance.

Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

Mentor development teams and provide hands-on technical support when needed.

Manage end-to-end solution delivery, from planning to deployment and optimization.

8+ years of experience in web content management systems, including 5+ years with AEM and/or Sitecore.

Proven experience architecting and implementing enterprise CMS solutions.

Proficiency in CMS customization, templates, components, workflows, and integrations.

Strong understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Adobe Cloud.

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Adobe Certified Expert or Sitecore Certified Developer/Architect.

Experience with headless CMS and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).

Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing integrations.

Experience with personalization, multilingual/multisite content management, and DAM integration.
