Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration/Term: Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years in a senior or enterprise-level role. The ideal candidate will lead Agile transformations, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams, and optimize Agile workflows using JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence. This role requires expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile metrics tracking, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Agile best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, PI Planning).
- Act as a servant leader, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Identify and resolve team impediments, escalating organization-wide barriers when necessary.
- Provide hands-on coaching to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams.
- Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile adoption.
- Configure and optimize JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence to support Agile workflows.
- Build dynamic dashboards in JIRA/Confluence for real-time Agile performance visibility.
- Track Agile metrics (sprint velocity, cycle time, lead time, capacity utilization).
- Monitor team performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Act as a change agent, promoting Agile methodologies across the organization.
- Guide team members on Agile principles, supporting self-organization and accountability.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- 3+ years in a senior or enterprise-level role.
- Proven experience in Agile transformations and process optimization.
- Expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other enterprise Agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certification (preferred).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within enterprise or fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of Kanban, Lean, and XP frameworks (preferred).
