Position Overview:
An organization is in the early stages of selecting and implementing a new, cloud-based ERP system to replace its current legacy platform (PeopleSoft). The ERP Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering requirements from a wide range of departments and stakeholders to help shape the future of the institution s enterprise systems. The new ERP will support functions including finance, purchasing, payments, student interfacing, and other key administrative operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to collect and analyze business needs and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed documentation to support ERP system selection and implementation.
Evaluate and document current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
Support the design and deployment of a cloud-based ERP system that addresses both current and future organizational needs.
Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams throughout the ERP lifecycle.
Assist in vendor evaluations and participate in implementation planning.
Provide input on best practices for ERP system deployment in an educational or public sector environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
