Location: IL-Naperville, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite
Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Front End Developer, you will join's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities:
Build responsive, scalable, front-end features using Angular within an established project structure
Collaborate with backend developers and architects to integrate APIs and data workflows
Work within existing tools and architecture to deliver quickly, while identifying areas for enhancement or expansion
Maintain focus on customer experience, performance, and usability
Participate in Agile sprint cycles, including backlog refinement, standups, and demos
Communicate clearly with stakeholders, especially in navigating unknowns and evolving requirements
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in Angular (v10+) with a solid understanding of component architecture, state management, and performance tuning
Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns
Experience working with existing codebases and enhancing scalable front-end systems
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Backend exposure (Node.js, .NET, or similar)
Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
UX/UI sensitivity and experience with customer-facing platforms
Prior work with geographically distributed teams
The salary range for this role is $115,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
