We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of our HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, capable of translating complex HR business requirements into scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and deployment of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
Work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring solutions are built in accordance with best practices and company standards.
Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Ensure the security, scalability, and optimal performance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Conduct technical reviews and participate in governance processes to maintain platform integrity and quality.
Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow HRSD features and releases, providing recommendations for adoption and continuous improvement.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and technical procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution delivery, with a focus on HRSD.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar senior-level role.
Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module and its core applications.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform features, including scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and integrations.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist - HR (CIS-HR) certifications are strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
