Duties and Responsibilities:Support and maintain eDiscovery Program in collaboration with the Cyber Security Team:Working closely with Cyber Security and Legal Teams to perform the collection and preservation of electronically stored information (ESI) across a multiple data sources.Assistance with investigations and early case assessment using a variety of forensic tools.Support and leverage process efficiencies and overall defensibility of our eDiscovery process;Case management and evidence logging.Assist in keeping technical and process documentation up to date.Provide case management support including.Data collection tracking.Search term guidance and iterative applications.Management of collaboration between outside counsel, eDiscovery vendors, and internal legal teams.Administration of eDiscovery technologies including assisting in troubleshooting of technical issues.Collaborate with team paralegals to ensure timely issuance of legal holds, and other case tasks, including.Drafting and issuing of legal holds.Preparing and reviewing discovery responses.Drafting correspondence and subpoena responses.Work closely with eDiscovery vendors.
What You'll Need:5+ years of relevant experience with a law firm, eDiscovery vendor, managed service provider and/or in-house.Experience with eDiscovery processes, forensic data collections and evidence handling, including with FTK, Enterprise Vault, Axiom Magnet Cyber, o365 Compliance CentereDiscovery or Forensic certifications a plus.Familiarity with IT infrastructure and data life cycle management concepts (e.g. identity management, application access, encryption, etc.)Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and diplomatic skills.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.Ability to demonstrate good judgment and uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.Bachelor's degree/equivalent experience.
