Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Onsite Interview

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Agile-based IT projects and test execution management.
• Proficiency in issue tracking tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in leading QA efforts including scripting, defect triage, and team coordination (3+ years).
• 2 plus yeas of experience with online platforms that support ordering or payment processing.
• Experience in developing detailed test plans, test strategies, and UAT coordination.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and supporting test documentation.
• ISTQB Certification required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing lifecycle activities including scope, planning, and team assignment.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT efforts, monitor progress, and report on test status.
• Write, manage, and execute test cases and maintain defect logs.
• Generate test metrics, risk reports, and summaries of defects.
• Translate business requirements into actionable test scenarios.
• Collaborate with testers to validate integration, regression, and accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and project deadlines.
