Delivery Director (IT Project Manager) for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, implement, track, and execute project plans, end-to-end delivery of digital projects, deadlines, policies, processes, programs. Monitor progress, ensure project compliance with milestones, objectives. Liaise with clients and business, plan capacity, and review performance, business development strategies, code, bug fixes, estimates, opportunities for intellectual capital, inputs for hiring process, resources, opportunity leads, proposal outlines and schedules, budgets, risks. Collaborate with internal qualification teams to assess strategic and financial value and competitive differentiations. Create presentations and credentials based on competency and industry verticals. Coordinate with proposal teams on deals impacting practice areas, and index and upload proposals. Elicit requirements and solution designs, submit deliverables. Maintain documentation, identity problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate test plans. Use Excel, PowerPoint, Java, CRM, Project Management tools, SDLC, Salesforce. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience tracking, executing, and delivering projects; reviewing business strategies, code, bug fixes, estimates, requirements; submitting deliverables; using Excel, PowerPoint, Java, CRM, Project Management tools, SDLC, Salesforce. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $179,422- $179,450 /yr.
