Workday Integration Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Support and enhance integrations between Workday HCM/Payroll and external vendor systems (e.g., benefits providers, time tracking, tax vendors, financial systems).
Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend integration solutions.
Ensure integrations are optimized, scalable, and compliant with security, audit, and data privacy standards.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, including error handling and root cause analysis.
Participate in Workday upgrades, patches, and new release testing, ensuring integrations remain functional.
Document integration design, configurations, test scripts, and support procedures.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR/Payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide ongoing production support and serve as an escalation point for integration-related issues.
