Workday Integration Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).

  • Support and enhance integrations between Workday HCM/Payroll and external vendor systems (e.g., benefits providers, time tracking, tax vendors, financial systems).

  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend integration solutions.

  • Ensure integrations are optimized, scalable, and compliant with security, audit, and data privacy standards.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, including error handling and root cause analysis.

  • Participate in Workday upgrades, patches, and new release testing, ensuring integrations remain functional.

  • Document integration design, configurations, test scripts, and support procedures.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support HR/Payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide ongoing production support and serve as an escalation point for integration-related issues.
