Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Consultant to lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supply chain planning processes, the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Kinaxis configurations, and proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand supply chain planning challenges and provide expert guidance on implementing Kinaxis solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and solution architects to develop business process designs leveraging Kinaxis capabilities.
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design, build, and configure applications using Kinaxis
  • Lead implementation, configuration, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and documentation activities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed applications.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, and SOP.
  • Ability to configure customized solutions in Kinaxis.
  • Experience in managing Kinaxis implementation projects and coordinating stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4 10+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Rapid Response data models, worksheets, dashboards, metrics, alerts, and authoring.
  • Ability to design and configure customized Kinaxis solutions meeting specific business needs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional/technical issues in Kinaxis.
  • Supply Chain Expertise deep understanding of :
  • Supply Planning
  • Demand Planning
  • Inventory Planning
  • S&OP processes
  • Capacity planning & constraint management
  • Experience analyzing supply chain KPIs and planning processes.
