Job Title: AML Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review transaction monitoring (TM) system output to identify trends, false positives, and gaps in detection.
- Conduct threshold and scenario effectiveness analysis using data-driven techniques.
- Perform back-testing, sensitivity analysis, and statistical reviews to validate tuning changes.
- Recommend parameter adjustments, thresholds, and logic refinements to improve detection quality.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience in AML Transaction monitoring
- Strong knowledge of AML regulations (FATF, Fincen, OFAC)
- Hands of exp with at least 1 Transaction Monitoring system (actimize, mantas, Norkom, Skylight). Preferred Skylight transaction Monitoring tool
Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
