Job Details




We are seeking a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect/Tech Lead with a strong background in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, vector database implementations, and advanced AI/ML techniques. This role is ideal for a seasoned technologist with over 15 years of development experience and a deep understanding of the Life Sciences domain, particularly in clinical trials or regulatory submissions.


Responsibilities:



  • Design and implement scalable RAG-based AI architectures for enterprise-level applications.

  • Lead the deployment and optimization of large-scale vector databases to support semantic search and generative AI use cases.

  • Drive the development and fine-tuning of custom Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored to domain-specific needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into clinical and regulatory workflows.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on AI/ML best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data governance standards in Life Sciences.


Qualifications:



  • 15+ years of overall software development experience, with a strong focus on AI/ML in recent years.

  • Proven experience with RAG architecture implementations in production environments.

  • Hands-on expertise in vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar.

  • Deep understanding of machine learning, LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and training custom LLMs.

  • Strong background in Life Sciences, with direct experience in clinical trials or regulatory submissions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
