Description :

Support Service Desk tickets as needed: Review, Respond, Reassign/Route for problem resolution

For performing necessary job duties in the hybrid work environment, contractor

a. Should possess their computer, Microsoft Office installed, internet, phone, headset, driver license. The state agency plans no expense reimbursement for this position.

b. The necessary network/system/applications and access permissions will be provided upon selection.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Knowledge:

A strong understanding of software testing principles, testing methodologies, and proficiency in testing tools.

Knowledge of programming languages

An analytical mindset is also a valuable trait.

Keeping up with industry trends and continuous learning is essential in this dynamic field.
