Job Details
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of experience in IT systems analysis and enterprise applications.
- 4+ years of experience in configuration, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP applications.
- Participation in at least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations, with proven experience in configuration, integration, testing, and support.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion modules such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Finance, or SCM.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data management using FBDI templates.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion architecture, environments, and security model.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across technical and functional layers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a project or multiple projects on time, from concept through deployment

- Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), Application Composer, and ADF technologies.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS, and SaaS components.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and project-driven business processes (ETO, MTO, ATO, MTS).
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Analytics.
- Understanding of data migration, integration patterns, and performance tuning.
- Programming experience in Java, JavaScript, JSON, or Python.
- Exposure to CMM, ISO, or similar quality and change management processes.
- Hands-on experience in end-user training, documentation, and production support.
- Certifications in one or more Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications SCM, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
