About the Role:

We re looking for a highly skilled Lead React Developer to guide our frontend team in building scalable, high-performance web applications. You ll be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of React-based solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices across projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise with mentorship and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of modern, responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.

  • Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, conducting regular code reviews and technical sessions.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Drive best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.

  • Stay updated with the latest React ecosystem trends and introduce innovative approaches to improve development efficiency.

  • Manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the development workflow and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Redux (or other state management libraries).

  • Experience with Next.js, Webpack, Babel, and frontend build tools.

  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming.

  • Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design.

  • Experience integrating automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
