About the Role

We re seeking a skilled Enterprise Applications Engineer with strong Salesforce experience to help design, enhance, and support our growing ecosystem of enterprise applications. This role will play a key part in optimizing our enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft, and other integrated tools across marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support for users, provide ongoing training, and create documentation to maximize user adoption and effectiveness
  • Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence functions
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot and resolve end user issues, manage development/training environments, and prepare for new salesforce releases
  • Tailor the platform to meet business needs by customizing standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and apps
  • Manage user accounts, assign roles, permission sets, & handle user deactivation
  • Proactively set up processes to manage and protect customer and business data
  • Keep up to date with new Salesforce features and updates to recommend and implement relevant enhancements
  • Performing routine maintenance, applying system upgrades, and staying current with new Salesforce releases
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (NetSuite, Shopify, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the enterprise app landscape, ensuring uptime and data integrity
  • Develop and maintain documentation, configurations, and best practices
  • Partner with offshore support resources and vendors for delivery and enhancements
  • Participate in change management, testing, and release processes
Basic Qualifications
  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud Intelligence preferred)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle, ERP, or data systems
  • Solid understanding of application support, change control, and IT ops best practices
  • Familiar with Agile scrum/Kanban methodology
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft, Oracle or any other ERP System lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and consumer goods environments
  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certifications
