Talent Acquisition Coordinator II

Cleveland TN ( On Site)

12+ Month Contract

*Looking for candidates with Recruitment / HR experience in Manufacturing industry *

Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screening resumes/applications based on very specific guidelines to determine identify qualified candidates
  • Scheduling interviews, drug screens and other hiring process communication duties as assigned
  • Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process
  • Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.

Approximately 75% of time will be spent screening, calling or emailing candidates, 25% doing sourcing and screening.

  • Other duties as required

Must Have Skills:

  • MUST have TA MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE WITHIN A PLANT. Not just HR experience*
  • Will consider 6 months or more experience in a TA Manufacturing Plant but 1 year preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
  • Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective listening skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Target driven

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree preferred, but not required

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office; Google tools preferred
  • Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus

Experience:

Recruiting or HR experience

Additional Notes:

*Must be on-site in Cleveland, TN AND with the ability to support all manufacturing locations (remotely from Cleveland) if needed.

Working hours are 8am-4pm, some flexibility. OT as needed, not much OT anticipated but there is a potential

Potential of a job fair on a Saturday, rare occurrence

Interview Process

Video interview approximately 45 minutes

Shortlisted candidates after video interviews would require onsite interview- could include tour one hour. At least two, potentially three interviewers
