As a Senior Software Engineer in this contingent resource role, you will provide strategic consultation on complex software engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. Responsibilities:
- Lead and consult on complex software engineering projects with significant scope and impact.

- Apply deep knowledge of engineering practices, compliance standards, and organizational procedures to meet project deliverables.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel and internal teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, demonstrated through one or more of the following: professional work experience, consulting engagements, military service, or academic training.
- Proven ability to navigate complex technical environments and deliver scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams.
