We have an exciting long-term contract opportunity for a pure  Java Developer based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model (2 days per week onsite).

 

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Java Developer

  • Duration: Long-Term Contract

  • Location: New York, NY (Hybrid 2 days onsite weekly)

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of hands-on Java development experience

  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot

  • Extensive experience with Microservices architecture

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

  • Advanced experience with Java/J2EE technologies, including Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JSON, and the full Java technology stack

  • Proven experience designing and working with advanced microservices-based systems

  • Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and core computer science principles

  • Demonstrated experience with object-oriented design and common design patterns

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience using Git and version control systems

  • Experience working in large, Agile-based team environments

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
