Exodus Integrity Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support a leading client in Cleveland, Ohio. This role requires strong experience in system testing, automation, SQL, encryption validation, and application security. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant Quality Assurance or Testing experience.

Responsibilities
Establish readiness for testing efforts, analyze risk, define skill requirements, and plan test execution.
Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, systems analysis, and testing review sessions.
Develop Test Strategies and perform risk analyses to determine testing scope and focus.
Prepare and configure test tools, automation assets, and testing environments.
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot automated test scripts to support testing efficiencies.
Perform black box testing of systems and system components.
Validate functionality of systems under test and assess results from internal and external interfaces.
Gather and document test activity metrics; prepare summary reports on test execution.
Communicate testing issues, defects, and risks to project managers, sponsors, and service managers.
Maintain test assets and identify gaps or required enhancements to the test repository.
Develop reporting, data models, and statistical analyses to display testing results.
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify root causes and provide alternative solutions.
Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, and support to other testers on testing methodologies.
Serve as an escalation point for complex testing scenarios.
Required Skills and Experience
SQL and Encryption
SQL AE experience.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server Always Encrypted (AE).
Ability to analyze and remediate schemas for encryption compatibility.
Ability to validate encryption implementations, data protection controls, and key management integration.
Experience using automated testing frameworks that support encryption and security validation.
Application Security
Strong knowledge of the OWASP Top 10.
Understanding of secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability remediation.
Experience with data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption technologies.
Familiarity with enterprise security tooling and encryption key management.
Data Analysis and Inquiry
Ability to analyze data sets to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and root causes.
Ability to generate hypotheses and guide technical investigations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration and Communication
Experience working with cross-functional teams including security, architecture, and infrastructure.
Ability to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving and Adaptability
Ability to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.
Ability to take action and execute remediation tasks independently.
Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in complex testing environments.
