ROLE TITLE: PeopleSoft Developer (HCM/FSCM)
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
- 97% Remote from within Wisconsin. The role is Hybrid (1 day onsite per month).
- Candidates must be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense before starting.

REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 5+ Years)
- PeopleTools Development 5 years
- FSCM application experience 2 years
- HCM application experience 2 years
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and FSCM 9.2
- Strong SQL writing and use of PeopleSoft Query Manager
- System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience across multiple PeopleSoft implementations
- PeopleSoft frameworks: PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Fluid UI, Reporting Tools, Workflow, LifeCycle Tools
- Integration experience with third-party applications via web services
- Experience with HCM Tax Updates, Oracle Critical Patch Updates, PeopleSoft PUM Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Cobol development

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The State of Wisconsin is seeking one (1) PeopleSoft Analyst IV to support the STAR Development section. This role involves providing PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM production support and developing enhancements.
Work involves analyzing business requirements, procedures, and problems to design and build solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing existing systems via application development, systems integration, writing complex programs, and providing technical assistance to programming and functional personnel.
This role includes:
- Application development across analysis, design, build, testing, implementation, and support of reports, interfaces, and extensions.
- Ensuring Development Section processes and standards are implemented and continuously improved.
- Preparing detailed technical design documentation, analyses, plans, diagrams, and procedures.
- Assisting business analysts and users with feasibility studies, problem definition, and project estimation.
- Evaluating effort and scope for new system implementations or enhancements.
- Providing technical solutions that increase business efficiency.
- Demonstrating new functionality to stakeholders and supporting implementation.
- Participating in on-call or scheduled after-hours work as required.
- Mentoring and training state staff.
- Providing outstanding customer service, communication, and collaboration with team members and vendors.
- Managing multiple tasks and taking initiative to resolve issues.
