Job Details
Seeking a Salesforce Administrator to:
-Create & manage changes to the system.
-Modify/configure the system to increase benefits & usability.
-Daily administration & support of Salesforce including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations.
Duration: contract/through 6-30-26
Work location: 100 % Remote (EDT work hours)
-Manage system changes without interruption to the user
-Grant/ remove & maintain user licenses
-Communicate with users regarding new features, enhancements & changes to the system.
-Monitor usage & mentor users/groups needing assistance
-Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
-Document company processes & workflows
-Develop process documentation & field maps
-Create new processes & associated reporting
-Import data as appropriate
-Monitor & manage exception logs for back-end system integration with SFDC
-Monitor and improve data quality
-Create & maintain dashboards
-Create & maintain reports including folder maintenance
Required skills & exp.
-Salesforce System Administrator: 4 years
-Copado Administrator: 2 years
-Copado DevOps operations: 2 years
-OwnBackup data seeding: 1 year
-Salesforce utilities (Workbench & Data Loader): 1 year
-Salesforce Administrator certification: Required
