Job Title: Facilities Associate

Client: Major Entertainment client

Location: Los Angeles, CA - on Vine (Hollywood)-Onsite

Duration: 3 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $30/hr on w2

About the Role:

We re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Facilities Associate to join our Los Angeles Workplace team on a temporary basis. Based in Hollywood, this role will support operations across the entire campus and studios, helping ensure our spaces run seamlessly and deliver a five-star experience for employees, talent, and visitors.

This is a hands-on, service-driven role focused on maintaining excellence at the basics. You ll spend much of your time in the spaces themselves - assessing the physical space, supporting events, and assisting with the day-to-day details that keep our campus running smoothly.

Because this role will regularly interact with talent and confidential productions, discretion and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed site walkthroughs across the campus , identifying and reporting any issues related to facilities, cleanliness, or readiness.
• Provide onsite support during events, production activities, and guest visits; be present in key spaces during service times.
• Manage administrative and operational tasks including guest list coordination, parking pass entry, ops ticket submission and tracking, and other workplace logistics.
• Partner closely with the Workplace team and cross-functional partners (Security, Janitorial, F&B, AV, etc.) to ensure all spaces are maintained at a consistently high standard.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc requests to help deliver exceptional experiences for everyone onsite.
• Provide support to reception and main lobby operations as needed.

• Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, events, or workplace operations is a plus.
• Being bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Additional Details:

• This is an on-site role based in Los Angeles; CA. Candidates must be available to work in person at our Vine campus during regular business hours.
• This role may require early morning, evening, or weekend hours, depending on event and production schedules.
• The position requires regular physical activity, including performing walkthroughs, standing for extended periods, moving items, and lifting up to [25 50 lbs] as needed to support events and daily operations.
• This is a temporary contingent position to support our team through the busy season and will not lead to a full-time role.
