Solutions Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Architect in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Solutions Architect will design and develop Salesforce architecture solutions
* Lead and collaborate on Salesforce implementations
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship
* Architect solutions across current, legacy, and new platforms
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems
* Document technical architecture and design specifications
* Build cost-effective infrastructure on Salesforce
* Conduct code reviews and enforce standards
* Review designs and provide architectural insights
* Ensure compliance with standards and best practices
* Engage in team discussions and provide feedback
* Map requirements to Salesforce features
* Provide governance and best practices
* As a Solutions Architect, you will participate in audits and design reviews
* Conduct problem analysis and remediation
* Plan and execute assignments within deadlines
* Perform risk assessments and mitigation planning
* Evaluate Salesforce App Exchange products
* Report anomalies and inefficiencies
* Provide biweekly findings and recommendations
* Review and approve technical deliverables
* Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent work experience; Salesforce certifications preferred
* 10+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce is preferred
* Experience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines
* Experience working with PHI, PII, and SSA data is preferred
* Knowledge of the Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API
* Strong working knowledge of an enterprise scale Content Services Platform (OpenText) preferred
* Strong working knowledge of API management platforms like MuleSoft, to manage RESTful integration solutions preferred
* Strong knowledge of Cloud-resident infrastructure software tools and frameworks is preferred
* Strong working knowledge of IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions is preferred
* Strong working knowledge of modern frameworks for web and mobile applications is preferred
* Knowledge of Document Management solutions is preferred
* Familiarity with AWS hosting is preferred
* Communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
