Location: Hendersen, Las Vegas
Duration: 6 Month Contract (Likely to be extended)
Compensation: $75-82hr

Job Description
Sr. ERP Developer (PeopleSoft, HCM, FCM)
TASKS:
- Provide day-to-day support of the client s HCM and FCM PeopleSoft applications and customizations.
- Develop and maintain PeopleSoft application functionality including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Provide weekly status updates on assigned tasks and support tickets.
- Four (4) years of experience in design, implementation, and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.
- Experience working with PL/SQL tools and PeopleTools, including Application Designer, query development, BI Publisher, and SQR/SQC.
- Knowledge of ERP system principles
- ERP system administration
- ERP database structure, installation, design, access, extraction, storage, security, and recovery procedures
- Problem identification, tracking, and vendor support
- Database, application, and server systems analysis
- Understanding of functional connections and integration touch points within and between ERP systems
- Business process mapping
- Principles of finance and human resource management processes
- Data collection and classification procedures
- Notification processes
- Automated governmental security requirements
- Leadership, project management, training, and general business administration
- Understanding of federal, state, and local confidentiality regulations
- On-site
- Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM PST
- 38-hour work week (9.5 hours/day with a 0.5-hour unpaid lunch = 10-hour workdays)
- Must pass a criminal background check (including LiveScan) before starting typically takes 3-6 weeks.
