Job Description:
  • The Senior Analytics Specialist will conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning, promotional resource allocation, and the evolution of commercial models.
  • This role acts as a liaison between Marketing and Sales to develop and execute data-driven business strategies and ensures seamless integration of marketing strategies into sales planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced analytics in support of brand planning and promotional resource allocation.
  • Manage resource allocation across customer channels, including digital platforms and evolving commercial models.
  • Liaise between Marketing and Sales in the development of business tactics and strategies.
  • Execute departmental procedures and ensure marketing strategy integration into sales force call plans (in-person and digital).
  • Collaborate with internal customers to communicate and apply analytical results effectively.
  • Build and share knowledge of analytical methodologies and high-quality third-party digital vendors.
  • Establish work habits to support evolving business function processes and execution needs.
Requirements Education:

  • Bachelor s degree with seven (7) years of analytical experience with relevant data sources and methodologies, or
  • Master s degree with five (5) years of analytical experience with relevant data sources and methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing large, deidentified patient claims data sets strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Metabolic therapeutic areas such as CardioRenal Metabolic (e.g., Chronic Kidney Disease, Heart Failure) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working within a large pharmaceutical manufacturer strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in developing, documenting, and communicating analytical plans.
  • Expertise in advanced analytical techniques including multivariate and promotional responsiveness analysis.
  • Experience conducting digital analytics for non-personal marketing tactics (email, banner, mobile, alerts) or other digital technology fields.
  • Experience analyzing campaigns, performing in-campaign analytics, and improving performance through data-driven insights.
  • Experience integrating insights from various functions (e.g., marketing research, forecasts) into comprehensive recommendations.
  • Proficiency in R/Python and/or SAS, as well as SQL and other data extraction tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
