- Support ongoing enhancement of monitoring standards, metric hygiene, and alert frameworks.
- Work within established enterprise security and tooling constraints while still pushing for best practices.
- Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team culture.
Required Experience
- Strong proficiency in one of the following:

- Hands-on experience building dashboards and working with observability toolsets.
- Ability to read, understand, and work with logic files and data structures.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with clear prioritization and decision-making frameworks.
- Experience in operations-minded engineering environments (Platform/SRE/DevOps/Ops support).
- Understanding of enterprise environments, security boundaries, and approved-tool workflows.
- Solid, stable work history (not a job hopper).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Amazon Q or other AI-agent tools.
- General understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to tooling automation.
- Broader background across 2 3 observability platforms rather than a single specialization.
- Prior experience supporting Ops teams in a monitoring-focused role.
