We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in Investor Tools Perform, a leading portfolio management and analytics platform widely used in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of configuring, managing, and implementing Perform workflows while bringing a deep understanding of financial systems, data analysis, and investment processes.
This role requires strong technical skills in Python and SQL (preferred), along with the ability to work in fast-paced banking and capital markets environments where accuracy, efficiency, and compliance are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, manage, and implement Investor Tools Perform workflows to support portfolio management, order management, compliance monitoring, and reporting functions.
Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver workflow enhancements.
Perform system integrations with downstream applications such as trading systems, risk systems, and data warehouses.
Conduct financial data analysis, ensuring accuracy in portfolio modeling, valuations, and performance reporting.
Provide production support for business-critical workflows and troubleshoot issues related to Perform.
Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for business users.
Leverage Python and SQL for data manipulation, report generation, and workflow optimization.
Ensure compliance with AML, Financial Crime, and Fraud risk frameworks in workflow design and reporting.
Support ongoing system upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of hands-on experience with Investor Tools Perform (configuration, workflow management, and implementation).
Strong understanding of portfolio management systems, order management, and financial analytics.
Solid experience with BFS (Banking & Financial Services) data analysis.
Exposure to AML / Financial Crime / Fraud monitoring.
Strong technical skills with Python and SQL (preferred for automation, reporting, and data validation).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
