Job Details

Job Description: A Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining records, and assisting with onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
Required Skill Sets:
1. Strong organizational and project management skills.
2. Experience coordinating recruitment events or programs.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
