Project person will be supporting:

Serve as technology project manager to lead the modernization of the labor forecasting software is needed to replace a 20-year-old outdated

system. The upgrades look to enhance forecasting accuracy and granularity and will utilize AI and machine learning to reduce human error in labor estimating and scheduling.The solution being implemented contains 3 pieces, new labor standards integrations, new labor modeling integrations, and new labor forecasting integrations.

Work Location (in office, hybrid, remote): Remote role but local candidates will stand out here!!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager to lead KTD technical implementation to lead the modernization of the labor forecasting software.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver technology with multiple dependencies and teams; work with Product Managers, Business and Engineering teams to ensure technical delivery.
  • Encourage synergy and alignment in delivery, provide clarity, and foster collaboration with stakeholders in a consistent way.
  • Documents issues, risks, decisions and leads team to develop mitigations and escalations.
  • Creates and communicates reporting to stakeholders to highlight progress and readiness for delivery/rollout; recommends and strategizes plan adjustments; and implements plan changes based on stakeholder alignment.
