Job Description:
Join our team as a Tech Lead in Software Engineering, working remotely in a full-time capacity.
You will lead efforts to define, design, and deliver new features while enhancing existing functionalities.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing a range of programming languages and development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Implement all aspects of application design, focusing on performance, security, and maintainability.
Design and implement scalable web services and APIs.
Guide architectural decisions to align with long-term goals.
Review and contribute to codebases, maintaining high standards for quality and performance.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and collaborate on infrastructure strategies.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
Proven experience in full stack application development using modern technologies.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
