Location:Beachwood, Ohio, United States -(ONSITE)
Experience Required:10+ years
Domain Expertise:Oracle eBiz Oracle Fusion Applications preferably in Manufacturing Domain. Also Service Delivery experience.
Role Overview:

  • As a Software Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and operational excellence of Oracle-based enterprise applications.
  • It will have other ERP on iSeries Platform that you have to lead.
  • You will lead service operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management of incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Oracle eBiz or Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management.
  • Familiarity with software security practices and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
