Product Manager & CRM Integration Consultant | Hybrid | Top U.S. Bank

Location: Irving, Texas

Apex Systems is seeking a Product Manager & CRM Integration Consultant to spearhead a strategic enterprise-wide transition from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role blends technical mastery with stakeholder alignment, making it ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives at the intersection of business transformation and cutting-edge CRM architecture.

What You'll Do
  • Lead full lifecycle CRM migrations, focusing on seamless transition and low business disruption
  • Architect integration strategies across legacy systems including Oracle Siebel CRM and Informatica ETL pipelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive CRM roadmap alignment with business goals
  • Apply expertise in DevOps pipelines and CI/CD methodologies for high-availability CRM systems
  • Champion the use of the Microsoft Power Platform, leveraging Power Apps and Power Automate for scalable custom solutions
Must-Have Experience
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce-to-Dynamics 365 CRM transitions
  • Strong understanding of financial services or commercial banking workflows
  • Proven record managing complex system integrations and leading agile product teams
Nice-to-Have Credentials
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Informatica
  • Experience optimizing CRM environments using CICD best practices
  • Familiarity with Power Platform design patterns and low-code/no-code build strategies
