Role Summary:

The AI Technical Specialist will be a key technical expert with experience in Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI solutions. This person will provide technical depth during pre-sales, sales presentations, and client interactions. The role requires strong communication and articulation skills to effectively translate complex AI concepts to diverse client stakeholders, supporting business growth and client trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent LatentBridge s AI technology offerings during client meetings and technical sales discussions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in LLM, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI solutions to solve real-world business problems.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to tailor AI solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demos showcasing LatentBridge s AI capabilities.
  • Engage in technical query resolution during RFPs, proposals, and client workshops.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted AI technology advisor.
  • Stay updated with AI technology trends and competitor offerings to articulate LatentBridge s unique value.
  • Support internal knowledge sharing and contribute to refining AI solution offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies, especially LLM and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Proven experience or strong understanding of Agentic AI solutions and frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in client-facing roles including conducting in-person meetings and technical sales presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and technically on AI use cases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and consulting.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools, platforms, and frameworks is a plus.
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.


Preferred:

  • Experience working in or with AI/ML startups, consulting firms, or technology service providers.
  • Prior experience in a tech sales enablement or solution consultant role.
  • Good understanding of enterprise client environments and business use cases for AI.
