Job Description:
- The Senior Information Candidateagement Specialist will lead the rollout and configuration of the enterprise Information Candidateagement platform (e.g., OpenText) across the organization and its partners.
- The role involves conducting business analyses to define information management requirements, developing governance frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- This individual will also lead training, performance measurement, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
Requirement/Must Have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise Information Candidateagement platforms (OpenText).
- 5+ years of experience assessing and conducting business analyses to establish information management needs across domains such as recordkeeping, access, and privacy.
- 5+ years of experience leading and coordinating information management projects and initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience providing advice, guidance, and support for information management-related efforts.
Experience:
- Knowledge and experience developing document management protocols, including business rules, naming conventions, version control, and document labelling
- Experience developing business and records classification schemes using functional classification methodologies.
- Expertise in assessing metadata requirements and creating metadata schema, standards, and management protocols.
- Experience assessing training and awareness needs, developing curricula and communication plans, and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Ability to provide routine advice on information management concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Understanding of Information Security and Privacy Classification requirements and their application in unstructured data environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with analysts, architects, project managers, data managers, and other stakeholders.
- Experience supporting business and information architecture functions in defining information management priorities.
- Participation in information management committees, working groups, or similar forums.
- Experience developing and tracking information management performance metrics
- Research and analysis capabilities relevant to environmental/jurisdictional scans, legislation, policy, business process mapping, and maturity assessments
- Ability to plan and implement stXXgic goals and priorities in information management.
- Familiarity with national and international standards in recordkeeping and information management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead rollout and configuration of the enterprise Information Candidateagement platform across the organization and partners.
- Conduct comprehensive business analyses to define requirements related to recordkeeping, access, privacy, and security.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks including document management protocols, classification schemes, metadata standards, and retention policies
- CollaboXX with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to ensure integration with enterprise architecture.
- Candidateage project lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
- Provide ongoing guidance on best practices in information management.
- Develop and deliver training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct compliance assessments to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and security requirements.
- Represent information management in committees and working groups.
- Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to sponsors.
- Develop and track metrics to measure performance and maturity.
- Conduct continuous improvement initiatives through research and analysis.
- Maintain project documentation including policies, procedures, training materials, and audit reports.

Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Candidateagement, Information Technology, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Information Candidateagement or Records Candidateagement (e.g., CRM) preferred.
