Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with ERP implementation experience to join our team in Plymouth, Minnesota. This is a position where you will play a critical role in driving key initiatives and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in agile coaching, scrum methodologies, program management, and ERP implementations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects with a focus on Agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Serve as an Agile coach to guide teams and stakeholders in adopting and optimizing Agile practices.
Oversee ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful deployment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to drive project goals.
Act as a Scrum Master to facilitate effective sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Partner with executive stakeholders to identify project priorities, manage risks, and communicate progress.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
Conduct regular status updates and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience in program management with a strong focus on Agile methodologies.
Hands-on expertise as an Agile coach and Scrum Master in diverse project environments.
Demonstrated success in managing ERP implementation projects (IFS ERP experience strongly preferred)
Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with machinery manufacturing industry processes is a plus.
Ability to work onsite in Plymouth, Minnesota, three days a week, with flexibility for remote work if needed.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
