  • Create and maintain comprehensive database documentation and data architecture blueprints.

  • Manage ETL processing, data archiving, and data purging activities.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams for database-related enhancements and application integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on SQL Server DBA experience (SQL Server 2012 2016; experience with 2019/2022 upgrades preferred).

  • Expertise in database backup, recovery, replication, and mirroring.

  • Proficiency in T-SQL, PowerShell, and SQL performance tuning.

  • Strong experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Visual Studio, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and related BI toolsets.

  • Skilled in database security/access control for diverse user groups.

  • Experience with ETL and data management using native SQL tools.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Understanding of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) or higher certification on SQL Server 2012+.

  • Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and .NET application support.

  • Experience with virtual environments and Oracle DBA support (a strong plus).
