Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Summary:

A typical data security administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing security measures to safeguard the computer database.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train staff and users and promote security awareness to ensure system security and to improve server and network efficiency.
- Review and approve plans to safeguard computer files against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure and to meet emergency data processing needs.
- Provide directions on when to update virus protection systems.
- Review and approve the implementation of computer system plans with establishment personnel and outside vendors.
- Supervise risk assessments and approve the execution of tests of data processing system to ensure functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
- Approve the encryption of data transmissions and the building of firewalls to conceal confidential information.

- Expert knowledge of computer development software, such as Cisco Systems, IBM Tivoli Identity Management (TIM), etc.
Education & Experience:
- 10+ years total experience in IT or manufacturing position
- Bachelors in one of the following: Computer Science, Networking, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Security
- Associates degree also acceptable
Technical Skills:
- 5+ years experience in managing factory manufacturing systems and networks.
- 5+ years experience in Cybersecurity or Networking or Operational Technology
- 1+ years exp in Visio
- Experience with various ICS and SCADA equipment, including PLCs, DCSs, BMSs, and HMIs
- Knowledge of IT (DNS, DHCP, HTTPS) and OT protocols (Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP, DNP3, BACnet, Profinet, OPC)
- Ability to evaluate a technical solution for cybersecurity risks and work with customers on developing OT solutions with security in mind
- Experience in security processes, including vulnerability assessment, risk analysis, and defense-in-depth
- Experience with OT vulnerability management
- Experience with monitoring of OT networks
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and system integration, with a focus on ICS and SCADA systems
- 1+ Years Experience in Project Management activities and capabilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical security concepts to non-security audiences
- Professional certifications (CISSP, GISCP, GRID, GPEN, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience managing multiple priorities and projects
- Proven ability to develop and present security metrics and analysis to senior leadership
- Experience establishing and/or managing an OT Community of Practice
Soft Skills:
- Driven, accountable, reliable, works well with others, good communication skills
