Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Location: Plattsburgh, NY (100% onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and experienced Shift Supervisors to lead assembly teams during multiple production shifts. Supervisors are accountable for team performance, compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily operations of assembly teams during assigned shifts.
- Ensure team compliance with EHS policies and QA standards.
- Drive performance in alignment with method times, DPU targets, and visual management systems.
- Maintain 5S level 3 or higher across all work areas.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and EHS departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Participate in team meetings, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and defect reduction.
- Ability to manage performance and drive results under pressure.
- Flexible to work across shifts, including weekends, if required.
