Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and maintain UKG Timekeeping and Attendance modules (UKG Pro WFM, UKG Dimensions, or Workforce Central).

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.

  • Design and support pay rules, shift schedules, accrual policies, and compliance tracking.

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Operations to ensure accurate and timely timekeeping data.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for incident and service request tickets, using ServiceNow or equivalent platforms.

  • Triage, manage, and resolve tickets related to timekeeping issues prioritizing based on urgency and impact.

  • Monitor ticket queues, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain accurate status and documentation for all requests.

  • Use ServiceNow to route issues, update knowledge articles, and track recurring problems.

  • Support testing, documentation, and deployment of system changes or enhancements.

  • Assist in training users or providing documentation related to timekeeping processes.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects, system upgrades, and ongoing platform improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UKG Dimensions or migrating from Workforce Central to Dimensions.

  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow workflows, approvals, and forms.

  • Exposure to system integration tools or middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or UKG connectors).
