Job Details

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement customized ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, integration, and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and IRM (Integrated Risk Management).

  • Configure, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using scripted REST APIs and other integration tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • ServiceNow certifications such as:

    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

    • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITBM, or HRSD modules.

  • Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
