RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Acton, MA that is seeking a UX Designer.
Summary:
We're looking for a UX Designer to help craft intuitive, inclusive, and impactful digital experiences across a range of platforms. In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring ideas to life-from early concepts to polished execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design end-to-end web and cross-platform experiences for diverse user groups
* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specs using tools like Figma and Miro
* Participate in user research and translate insights into thoughtful design solutions
* Apply best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design
* Support agile development cycles and ensure design intent is preserved through implementation
* Contribute to the evolution of the design system and participate in design critiques
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Psychology, or related field-or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of UX or product design experience in cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
* Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design
* Portfolio showcasing user-centered design process and polished execution
* Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to usability
* Clear communicator and collaborative team player
* Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguity
* Passionate about inclusive design and user-centered thinking
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
