Position: Teamcenter Testing & Validation
Location: Fort Worth, TX (REMOTE + 1 Week Travel Onsite per month)
Type: Contract

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Teamcenter Testing, with a focus on Medical device industries.
• Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter functionalities, including Structure Manager, Active Workspace Client, Workflows, Change Management, and Access Management.
• Strong understanding of Quality Features such as Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Extensive experience leading GxP validation efforts and acting as test lead for Lifesciences customers.
• Demonstrated expertise in IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and their application to software/system validation.
• Proficient in creating, executing, and reporting scripted and automated tests.
• Experience developing automation test suites is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex validation concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and manage project deliverables to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) for Teamcenter implementations, ensuring compliance with GxP and industry regulations.
• Develop, review, and execute Functional and System test cases based on detailed functional design specifications.
• Run Functional and System Testing, document results, and drive resolution for discrepancies and deviations.
• Design, write, and execute scripted tests to validate workflows and configurations within Teamcenter.
• Coordinate and manage validation deliverables, including protocols, test scripts, traceability matrices, and summary reports.
