Position Overview

The Business Analyst Commercial Excellence will serve as the data and intelligence engine of the commercial team. This role is responsible for transforming raw market data into actionable strategic insights that drive key commercial decisions, including forecasting, territory design, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Market Data Analysis: Lead ownership of IQVIA and related data sources. Conduct detailed market analyses to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
Forecasting & Modeling: Develop and validate Optimum Forecast models to create robust, data-driven sales forecasts for current and upcoming products.
Territory Mapping & Account Targeting: Design data-driven, balanced sales territories using IQVIA and other datasets, optimizing market coverage and potential.
Performance Tracking: Build and maintain commercial performance dashboards. Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and provide actionable insights.
Strategic Support: Partner with leadership and product management teams to provide analytical support for brand planning, business reviews, and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field.
3 5 years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.
Hands-on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
