Experience Cloud Administrator

Senior Salesforce Administrator with extensive experience managing and enhancing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals for diverse user groups. Skilled in configuring agent profiles, queues, and channel routing to support efficient case management and service delivery. Required Skills

  • Experience building and managing Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Live Agent configuration, and Agent routing rules

  • Knowledge of Lightning App Builder, Themes, and Navigation Menus
  • Experience in Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
