In data strategy at PwC, you will focus on developing and implementing strategic plans to effectively manage and utilise data within the organisation. You will analyse business requirements, identify data needs, and define data governance frameworks. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders to align data initiatives with organisational goals, supporting the use of data to drive informed decision-making and support business growth.

The Opportunity
As part of the Data Management team you will lead data strategy engagements, shaping and implementing data operating models that align with enterprise transformation. As a Manager you will exemplify strategic leadership, guiding teams through complex environments while fostering collaboration and driving the adoption of modern cloud data architectures.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 7 years of consulting or industry experience in strategy through execution projects
What Sets You Apart
- Certifications in Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, or Databricks preferred
- Leading data strategy engagements and roadmap design
- Aligning data initiatives with enterprise transformation programs
- Shaping and implementing data operating models and governance structures
- Building compelling business cases for data funding
- Driving adoption of modern cloud data architectures

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
