Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Customization and Configuration: Configure Salesforce applications using declarative tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules) and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and best practices are followed. Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to standards, and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.
- Project Management: Lead the development lifecycle for various Salesforce initiatives, including planning, estimating, delivering, and ensuring successful deployment. Work with product managers and business analysts to define project requirements and deliverables.
- System Integration: Oversee and execute integration between Salesforce and other systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms, third-party tools) using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or custom solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure robust testing practices (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT) are implemented and that the application is performant, scalable, and error-free.
- Salesforce Best Practices: Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, ensuring code quality, scalability, and compliance with best practices for security and governance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters, communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices. Continuously improve the Salesforce environment to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership or lead developer role.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Strong experience with Salesforce development best practices, including deployment strategies, version control, and testing.
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products and integrations.
