Onsite Printer Support Technician

3 Months (Contract to Hire)
Overview:
Providing daily technical support for network and workstation printers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting printer issues, delivering toner, installing new printers, and maintaining inventory. This is a customer-facing role focused on providing quick and professional technical support.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues including paper jams and hardware failures

Respond to customer support requests promptly and professionally

Deliver toner and manage on-site consumables and parts inventory

Install new printers (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)

Record and report meter reads and service data

Keep stakeholders updated on fleet status and service progress

Maintain printer tools and databases

Escalate complex issues as needed
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Previous IT support experience (Help Desk or hardware/application support preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic PC, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Business casual dress code

Must have a flu shot
