Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Analyst to provide expert-level functional and technical support in designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP CO processes. The ideal candidate will have strong Federal or DoD project experience and a proven record of driving performance improvements through SAP system enhancements and integration.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with SME-level expertise in SAP Controlling (CO).
- 5+ years of experience across multiple SAP disciplines, including post-production support.
- Strong background in designing, configuring, and implementing business processes within SAP CO.
- Proven ability to resolve functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.
- Federal project experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or related field.
(An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.)
Job Duties:
- Analyze, configure, and optimize the SAP CO module to meet business and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and document CO-related processes.
- Implement system enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Provide post go-live production support, including issue resolution and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor functional or technical teams in delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO (Controlling).
- Prior experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures.
- Strong customer service, communication, and responsiveness skills.
- Experience managing break/fix and production support in SAP environments.
